       LOTS AND LOTS OF RESEARCH AND BRAINSTORMING SESSIONS WERE HELD TO CHECK:

a)      COMMERCIAL VIABILITY OF THE PROJECT
b)      TO CHECK STRENGTH AND WEAKNESS OF COMPETITORS (SWOT ANALYSIS)
c)       TO DEVELOP MARKETING STRATEGY AND UNIQUE SELLING PREPOSITION (USP) FOR OUR PRODUCT.

RESEARCH STRATEGIES:

a)      100 PEOPLE WERE SURVEYED BY USING ‘QUESTIONNAIRE THROUGH ENUMERATOR’ METHOD. EXTENSIVE QUESTIONNAIRE WAS PREPARED FOR THE SAME.
b)      ON LINE SHOPPING TECHNIQUE WERE STUDIED.
c)       MALLS, LOCAL MARKETS AND SELLING ON OCCASIONS WERE OBSERVED TO LEARN SELLING TEQNIQUES.
BRAINSTORMING SESSIONS WERE HELD TO DECIDE ON CATEGORIES OF T-SHIRTS, TARGET MARKET, SELLING TEQNIQUES, OCCASIONS AND LOCATION OF SELLING, SOURCE OF RAW MATERIAL e.g. T-SHIRTS, TRANSFER SHEETS, DESIGNING ETC.
